chaitanya means living force ; maha means great , prabhu means lord or master .


chaitanya born second son of jagannath mishra , wife sachi devi. mishra s family lived in town of dhaka dakhhin, srihatta, sylhet, bangladesh.. according chaitanya charitamruta, chaitanya born on full moon night of 18 february 1486, @ time of lunar eclipse.
