Tropical Storm Eleven 1926 Atlantic hurricane season








around 06:00 utc on november 12, tropical depression developed 115 mi (185 km) north of el porvenir, kuna yala, panama. moving northwest, cyclone rapidly attained peak winds of 40 mph (64 km/h) on november 13 failed intensify further on next 3 days. passing less 50 mi (80.47 km) west of swan islands, honduras, on november 14, cyclone gradually turned north afternoon. curving parabolically northeast on october 15, weakened tropical depression next day before hitting isla de la juventud in cuba. 12 hours later, after striking mainland cuba, dissipated on southern straits of florida.
