it must said maximum acceptable mlr depends on implementation. channel zapping, channel viewed brief period, 1 bothered if packet loss occurred. case maximum acceptable mlr 0, stated before, because greater value mean loss of 1 or more packets in small viewing timeframe (after zap time).
